As a counsellor, I believe that people are capable of growth and change. I empower clients to access their internal resources and to own all of their parts while practicing self-compassion. Goals are addressed collaboratively through inviting the clients to identify and explore their needs. Cultural competency is a significant part of my approach, as I work with culturally diverse clients. I see adult individuals, youth, couples, and families who may be faced with a variety of challenges. I provide psychotherapy to individuals who are experiencing issues related to trauma, depression, anxiety, self-harm, self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, identity, as well as grief and loss.
